We ordered the Mike Saylor
Workout for our son. He is 13 and absolutely loves basketball. We wanted
to provide him with a workout that would improve his skills and be fun
at the same time. Your workout does both! He is so busy with basketball
and other sports that he is unable to do it every day....but when he
does, he's in for a good workout. He is soaking wet when he is finished!
Thank you for creating the Mike Saylor Workout and giving kids a chance
to incorporate fundamentals into a workout they enjoy.

I ordered your workout for
my daughter, who is completing her freshman year in high school. She
played on the varsity this year on a team that went 25-6. She also plays
AAU. She is doing the workout 2-3 times a week, as is her 12-yr-old
brother. They enjoy it a lot and it keeps their workouts fun and at the
steady, intense level they need to improve. During the summer, they will
probably use it daily. My husband keeps asking when you're going to do
one with defensive drills on it . . . he is a big fan of your workout.
It's a great product!

The workout is great. The
concept of using music to time each drill really simplifies and enhances
the entire process. I've found the segments that involve shooting while
running to be very effective especially when done at game speed. In
fact, I sometimes hit the repeat button to double those drills. I bought
the workout for my son, who has enthusiastically followed it. He does
one day of your workout, one of Steve Alford's, and then one designed by
Jon Crispin from Penn St. They are all complimentary but your format is
unique and always makes the workout move quickly. I'm a long time
varsity high school coach and intend to strongly recommend it as it's
one that is effective and enjoyable to do. By the way, my son was an
all-conference and all-area player who just graduated and will be
playing at State Univ. of NY at New Paltz next year. So it seems your
workout is appropriate for almost any skill level. Best of luck with the
workout and thanks for creating it!

I'm not a coach anymore,
just a parent. I stopped coaching my kids when they became very
competitive. My daughter Lacey is using this spring and summer. She's a
junior at St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria, Ca. She was just named
to All-CIF Southern Section First Team for her division. She wanted to
improve her offensive game and we heard that this video is the way to do
it and that's correct. The video is easy to follow, fun, and you can
complete the workout in a short time. We've already seen improvement.
Well worth the money! I would definitely recommend the program. Just
wish we had heard about it sooner.

We love the basketball
workout. I'm not a coach, just a Mom helping her daughter improve her
basketball skills. She's 13 and in the 7th grade. She has improved her
outside shooting over 200% and her free throws even more. The music is
great and the 1 minute drills keeps the practice going at a fast pace.
She doesn't even realize that she's practicing for an hour each day. She
does the workout once a day 7 days a week. Do you have any tapes/CD's
that has additional drills for guard positions? We would definitely be
interested in them. We live in Greenwood, Indiana. Thank you.

I bought this workout for my
son who is a junior at Michigan Tech College for a workout for him to do
in the summer. Well, he got invited to a traveling team in Europe for
the summer so I decided to do the workout myself and see what i thought
about it. This thing is awesome ! I remember just sitting on the curb
of my driveway exhausted from doing all of those great drills thinking
how good I could have been if I would have had something like this when
I was a kid. I continued to do it throughout the summer, I lost 25
pounds and my game got so good that I could beat my son again. Wow, I
love it!

I purchased the workout
program for my 2 daughters. They play for Villa Maria Academy in Erie,
Pa. Coach is Scott Dibble. The girls love the video and are now
instantly out of bed in the morning at 5:45 to hit the YMCA court before
school. Amazing teenagers getting up before 7:30 on a school morning is
truly remarkable. Only draw back is that the CD player became an instant
ball magnet, doesn't matter where they place it in the gym the ball
finds it!
