Assistant coach Mike Saylor
of the Terre Haute South High School boys basketball team has gone into
the video business. He and former South star Brian Evans have come up
with a basketball workout program, complete with drill booklet, log
sheets, video demonstration and CD/cassette tape to use while doing the
drills, to help young basketball players improve their individual
skills. When he heard one of my foster son was participating in Boys
Club basketball this winter, he passed one along to me. No sooner did
Adam get the video than he went on the injured list, where he remains.
But he still watches the video, which does look like it would be a great
help to any player who followed it religiously.

These workouts are the
answer to middle aged guys like me who want to remain in great
basketball condition and build great basketball offensive skills so that
I can continue to play well in the industrial leagues for years to come.
I wish I would have had this when I was a kid!

My wife works for a car
dealership and her boss/owner goes to the "Final Four" every year and
after the 2000 Final Four he came back and told my wife and I that all
the coaches at The Final Four gave this workout raving reviews and we
just had to try it out for our 12 year old daughter. We were very
impressed. My dad who has been a very successful basketball coach for
30+ years said that he thought it was absolutely incredible and the best
self workout he has ever seen.
